Job description and requirements:    
1. Market Analysis & Enquiry Generation
2. Evaluation of tender documents
3. Attending pre-bid meetings with client and getting technical clarification on Tender
4. Cost Estimation of the Project
5. Estimation of quantities and heat load calculation
6. Preparation of techno- commercial proposals
7. Floating enquiries for various supplies and bought out items
8. Price comparison of the various vendors and cost analysis
9. Evaluation & monitoring of the contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations
10. Approving or rejecting requests for deviations from contract specifications and delivery schedules
11. Evaluation & monitoring of the contract performance to ensure adherence to schedule
12. Assisting procurement section in purchase orders
13. Coordination with purchase and planning department for material delivery and technical submittals
14. Technical Planning control and data sheet preparation for all the items of the project, and get approval from customer/consultant
15. Preparing inventory details, Stock sheet and as-built drawings

Desired Profile:    
1. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Cooling Towers
2. Expertise in techno-commercial negotiation and interpretation of complex terms and conditions of contract
3. Able to read Engineering Drawings
4. Knowledge of duties & taxes applicable against supply & service
5. Knowledge of Basic engineering products, viz. Gearbox, Bearings, Pumps, etc.
6. Knowledge of Product application engineering & performance troubleshooting
7. Good knowledge of MS Excel
