Wooden structure framework is of best quality pine / douglas wood which is subjected to pressure impregnation by Chromate Copper Arsenate to prevent it from any bacterial attack.


Pultruded FRP structure framework
Pultruded FRP structure framework is made of combining an isophthalic polyester resin with fibre reinforcement having an extraordinary strength and corrosion & chemical resistance. These profiles are light in weight and provide easy installation & low maintenance.
RCC structure Framework
RCC structure Framework is done in the M30 grade of RCC as per IS standards.


FRP FAN ASSEMBLY
Clayton Fans are high efficiency energy saving axial flow type with FRP fan blades of true aerofoil design and MS HDG / SS 304 / SS 316 Hub. Diameter ranging from 4 feet to 33 feet Also available in Aluminium.
FRP FAN STACK / FAN CYLINDER
All large cooling towers are invariably provided with velocity recovery cones to reduce the pressure drop and thereby increase the energy saving. FRP fan stacks of all diameters and heights, for Minimum Pressure losses.


DRIVE SHAFTS AND
PARTS
Dynamically balanced flexible hollow tubular driveshaft with pin bush type coupling (MOC - MS HDG / SS 304 / SS 316) for all types of cooling towers. Couplings made of MS HDG / SS 304 / SS316 are available in various sizes to suit your requirement.
GEARBOX
Specially designed spiral bevel gear boxes are used with overall efficiency around 97% and minimum service factor of 2.0 as specified by CTI standards. Make Premium Transmission or equivalent, in all types of series and Ratio and its spares.


MOTORS
TEFC motors flange / foot mounted, IP 55 protected. 415 V, 3phase, 50 Hz weather proof and are specially designed for cooling tower application. Make BBL/Crompton/ Siemens or Equivalent.
PVC DRIFT ELIMINATORS
Newly developed PVC Eliminators used to restrict drift losses to less than 0.005% with minimum pressure drop. Reducing the operating cost Low maintenance and easy to clean.


PVC FILLS
A wide range of splash type and film flow type fills are available in PVC and Timber material for cross flow & counter flow cooling towers, Fills are supported in SS 304 / GRP grids which are further firmly attached to the structure.
FRP Casings & Louvers
It is made from resilient FRP sheets or using corrugated ACB (Asbestos Cement Boards) available in various sizes.


NOZZLES
Made of corrosion resistant plastic. Uniform water distribution. Water capacity can be readily changed within a single nozzle body. Easy twist lock installation and removal needs no tools.
HOT WATER DISTRIBUTION
In cross flow towers, the hot water basin is open gravity type and is made of treated timber / plywood fitted with PP gravity target nozzles.
In counter flow towers, the water distribution is through a header made of MS HDG / FRP pipes fitted with SPSC Nozzles in PP material.


HARDWARE / NAILS
MS HDG / SS 304 / SS316 hardware for all applications of cooling towers and the nails are of SS 304 / SS 316
